Licensing Information

I offer four types of licensing for products:

• Personal Use – Patterns & SVG files:

  • Patterns and SVG files purchased for personal use can be used for projects that are not for sale, or for personal, non-commercial social media accounts.

  • Patterns and SVG files intended for personal use can be printed/used up to 100 times.

  • If you intend to use the files or print the patterns more than 100 times, or plan to use them for events or groups outside of your immediate family, please purchase the “Community or Extended Use” license.

  • All regular sales include a personal use license. Community & Commercial Use Licenses require an additional license purchase.

• Community Use – Patterns & SVG files:

  • The Community or Extended Use license means that you can use these paper snowflake patterns or SVG files with the intent of printing/using more than 100 times or for events or groups outside of your immediate family. It also includes permission to use the SVG files for nonprofit group social media accounts.

  • You will need a Community Use License for each pattern, pattern bundle, or SVG file pack (Individual patterns count as one item, pattern bundles count as one item, and SVG file packs count as one item. For example, if you purchase the individual Snowman PDF pattern, the Holiday Snowflake Pattern 10-Pack, and the Winter SVG 4-Pack, you would need three Community Use Licenses).

  • This does not include the right to use the files for physical or digital commercial use – meaning you cannot use the files for advertising or to create your own products to sell. If you would like to use SVG files for your digital/physical products, you must purchase a “Commercial Use” license.

• Commercial Use – SVG files only:

  • If you purchase SVG files with the intent of selling your final product, you must have a Commercial License for each SVG file pack (for example, if you purchase the Christmas .SVG snowflake pack of 4 files, you will need one Commercial License. If you purchase the Christmas 4-pack AND the Winter 4-pack, you will need two Commercial Licenses).

  • The license gives you the permission to use the files for up to 10,000 physical end products for sale or 100,000 digital views, physical/digital advertising for brands owned or managed by the licensee, and social media usage for brands/accounts owned or managed by the licensee.

  • Please note that PDF Paper Snowflake Patterns are NOT available for commercial use of any kind.

• Extended Commercial Use: If you intend to sell more than 10,000 physical products or have over 100,000 digital views, or use the files for an app or game, please contact us to discuss an Extended Commercial license.
